The Big Questions: Should Health Care Be Rationed in an Ageing Population?
Programme researcher Richard Cookson appeared on BBC1’s program ‘The Big Questions’ yesterday. The program discussed and debated whether health care should be rationed in an ageing population. The program is available to view online through this week at The Big Questions and is also available on BBC iPlayer through the month.

Richard Cookson is a Senior Lecturer in Social Policy at the University of York and Visiting MRC Research Fellow at the Centre for Health Economics. He has published widely on health equity and health care reform. His programme research can be found here.
